Exchanges
All leather helmets are made to order. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to exchange for a different size, or different colour, under certain circumstances. We will make the replacement helmet once the original helmet is received back.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@flyinghelmets.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address Cherry Blossom Cottage, Worcester Road, Worcester, WR8 9DA.
If your exchange is accepted, and we have agreed to make an alternative sized or coloured helmet, please return the original to the above address using the correct postage. We shall send the replacement to you at our cost, if in the UK.
If the helmet in question is a specially created coloured combination we reserve the right not to replace it if we do not believe that we can later sell it.
In all cases the best course of action is to contact us for any exchange question at info@flyinghelmets.com and we endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
